An attractive appearance, coupled with good maintenance creates a great first impression that makes buyers want to see what is inside. It is no different when selling a houseboat. As a case in point, the curb appeal of a “cute as a puppy” restored 1966 28-foot Drift-R- Cruz became the central factor in the boat being sold twice within seven months.
