THE BLACKBOARD BASELINE ZIPPER PHILLY DOUBLE SCREEN BOX INBOUND VS. ZONE 1 DIAGRAM 1: 5 zipper screens for 3. 3 comes to the top. 1 passes to 3. 5 backscreens for 1. 1 cuts to the block. 1 DIAGRAM 1: 4 sets up the defender by 1 stepping toward the paint, then popping out. 3 passes the inbound pass to 4. 3 cuts to the top of the set coming off a double screen set by 1 and 5. DIAGRAM 1: 3 is the inbounder. 2 pops from the elbow to the wing to receive the pass. 5 clears to the opposite block. 4 and 5 face into the paint. 1 flashes high. 3 passes to 2. 2 DIAGRAM 2: 4 downscreens for 2. 2 sets up the defender by running toward the hoop, then uses the screen. 3 dribbles right and passes to 2. 2 DIAGRAM 2: 4 reverses the ball to 3 at the top. If 3 doesn't have a shot, 3 then reverses the ball to 2 on the opposite wing. 5 and 1 set a double screen for 4. 4 moves to the new ball-side block. 2 3 DIAGRAM 3: 5 sets a flare screen for 3. 3 moves to the opposite wing. 2 sends a skip pass to 3. 1 screens across for 4.
