DAVID FRASER David Fraser, United States Potato Board vice president of industry com- munications and policy, leads the development of effective industry communications programs that deliver on USPB goals for targeted com- munications to growers, industry members, in- dustry media and allied industry, all designed to increase industry member knowledge and awareness of USPB programs and encourage increased participation in those programs. NATHAN OBERG Nathan Oberg earned a bachelor’s degree in Fruit and Vegetable Horticulture from Washington State Univer- sity and a master’s in Plant Science from the University of Idaho. He is currently respon- sible for overall company management, technical sales support and research / development efforts at the Agri-Stor Com- pany and The Gellert Company. JEFF MILLER Jeff Miller is a research scientist with Miller Research, LLC, in Rupert, Idaho. Jeff was recently the potato pathologist at the University of Idaho before coming to work with his father, Terry, in the family business. NORA OLSEN Nora Olsen is an extension potato specialist and associate extension professor with the University of Idaho. She is recognized for, among other areas of study, her expertise in storage manage- ment. Nora holds a Ph.D. from Washington State University and is stationed in Twin Falls, Idaho. AMBER MOORE University of Idaho extension soils specialist and assistant professor Amber Moore has expertise in nutrient movement through soil, water and plants.
