Two North Shore chefs head to Iceland to rock Bam Margera's wedding fare.

f you happened to be flying
out of Logan Airport on September 30, you might have seen two
women wrestling their seven
50-pound suitcases toward the baggage
check on their way to Iceland. And if you
had peeked inside those suitcases, you
would've seen a strange assortment of
stuff: fine china, cutlery, 150 shot glasses,
table linens, cutting boards, whisks, and
spoons—350 pounds of it, in fact. All in the
name of throwing a perfect party.
If flying 350 pounds of kitchen gear
across the Atlantic seems like a rock-star
kind of thing to do, it's for good reason:
The two chefs toting those suitcases,
Visnja Zarak and Donna German, were
jetting off to Iceland to cater the rockconcert wedding of Bam Margera, of
MTV's Jackass fame.
