Cats and Dogs Some ponderings about our furry friends CATS Feline teeth. Deadly weapons. A murderous arsenal of needle sharp claws, hidden beneath padded paws. Night eyes like gleaming gold; reflecting every ray of light that comes into the eye. They lie hidden, creeping stealthily, silently on those padded paws, waiting for some unsuspecting prey. A lone hunter. A purring ball of fluff. Highly intelligent A pet. Humans object to cats because they kill to eat. Do cats object to humans for the same reason? Cats exist as a balance of nature. Humans object to cats because cats are independent. Do cats object to humans for the same reason? Humans object to cats because they can't control them. Cats don't object because they can control you. You can train a dog. Humans love the submissiveness of dogs. Kick it and it will still lick your hand, cowering as it wags its tail. Not so the cat! Attack it and it will attack you right back. Against its murderous arsenal of deadly weapons you are no match. Treat it with kindness and it will hide those needle sharp claws behind those padded paws as it nuzzles you. You, who are its worst enemy. Cats only eat man because men are easy to catch!
