(Thomas Jefferson) Class of 2014 End of Season Commitment Updates Ian Bunting: Bunting caught 11 passes for 158 yards (14.4 yards per reception) and two touchdowns for a 5-5 Hinsdale Central squad. Juwan Bushell-Beatty: Paramus Catholic (10-2) captured its fourth-straight state title. Freddy Canteen: Eastern Christian Academy finished the season 9-3. Mason Cole: East Lake sprinted to a 13-1 season with its only loss coming in the state title game … The Eagles averaged 43.1 points per game this season. Michael Ferns: Ferns posted 65 tackles, including six for loss, and caused a fumble, to fuel St. Clairsville to a 9-2 record. Noah Furbush: Furbush stopped 119 ball-carriers, including 26 Ferns behind the line of scrimmage alongside eight sacks, and recorded four fumble recoveries for Kenton (14-1). Drake Harris: Harris missed the entire season with a hamstring injury, but Grand Rapids Christian still boasted an 8-3 record. Lawrence Marshall: Southfield ended the season 7-3. Bryan Mone: Mone registered 30 tackles, including 10 for loss and three sacks, and Highland grinded out a 7-4 finish. Jabrill Peppers: Paramus Catholic (10-2) won a fourth consecutive state title … Peppers finished his prep career with 3,999 offensive yards and 60 touchdowns. As a senior, he recorded 64 tackles and four  interceptions, totaled 1,060 yards rushing and receiving THE WOLVERINE and scored 19 touchdowns. Wilton Speight: Speight passed for 2,545 yards and 28 touchdowns to lead The Collegiate Academy to a 9-2 mark. Jared Wangler: Wangler was in on 53 tackles, including two sacks, and stockpiled 268 receiving yards and one touchdown on 22 grabs (12.2 yards per reception) for De La Salle (6-4). Brandon Watson: Eastern Christian Academy concluded the season with a 9-3 record. Maurice Ways: Ways stockpiled 1,226 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns on 54 receptions (22.7 yards per reception) for Detroit Watson Country Day (8-4). Chase Winovich: Thomas Jefferson relied on Winovich's 85 tackles, including 16 for loss and 11 sacks, and 907 rushing yards and 17 touchdowns to attain an 11-1 record. Class of 2015 End of Season Commitment Updates Shaun Crawford: St. Edward posted an 11-2 season. Andrew David: David connected on 7 of 14 field goals (50.0 percent) for Massillon (9-3). Damien Harris: Harris totaled 2,797 rushing yards and 41 scores to help Madison Southern streak to a 10-2 record. Tyree Kinnel: Kinnel finished his junior year with 88 tackles, two forced fumbles and five interceptions for Wayne (11-2). John Runyan Jr.: St. Joseph's (13-3) claimed a Pennsylvania state championship … The Hawks averaged 29.4 points per game.
