Compact Fittings Line Jiffy-tite, Lancaster, N.Y., introduces its new Compact Line of ANsized fittings, designed for use anywhere valved technology is not a requirement. All fittings connect and disconnect in seconds without tools, can replace nearly any fitting in any location, and are available in straight, 45- or 90-degree elbows in both Jiffy-tite Gold or Stealth Black finish. Made in the USA, they are ruggedly constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum, providing excellent wear resistance. A unique design allows for avoidance of common stripping, cross-threading and over-tightening problems associated with AN fittings that must be tightened with a wrench. Race Hose Engine Works, Piney Flats, Tenn., introduces its OUTLAW Series 53 Race Hose. The ultralightweight black nylon hose with stainless braid has a burst pressure tested up to 500 psi and is made for high-pressure pumps and temperatures from minus-30 to 275 degrees. The hoses work with race fuels: ethanol, E85, diesel/bio-diesel and extended fuels, and are available from 3 to 20 feet in -6AN to -10 AN sizes. Made in the USA, they are not to be used with cutter-style fittings. Billet Fuel Pressure Regulators Quick Fuel Technology, Bowling Green, Ky., introduces new Two- and Four-Port Billet Fuel Pressure Regulators that feature hard-coat anodized billet housings and internal components that are compatible with gas, alcohol and E85 fuels. Additional protection against corrosion and deterioration include Flourocarbon diaphragms,Viton O-rings, stainless steel pins, brass valve guides and hard-coat anodized diaphragm plates. The two-port model is rated for up to 650 hp, and the four-port version is intended for applications producing in excess of 650 hp. LSX Rods Oliver Racing Parts, Grand Rapids, Mich., introduces new Connecting Rods for GM's LSX Tall-Deck Engine Blocks. The rod features Oliver's exclusive "Parabolic Beam" design that improves fatigue limits and is made with American mill-certified aircraft-quality steel for a high strength-to-weight ratio. The new rods are designed and manufactured in the U.S. and come with Lucas Oil's Extreme Pressure Lube and ARP's WSB connecting rod bolts. The bolts can also be upgraded according to the needs of the customer, such as to ARP's new WSBX. Hemi Piston Kits MAHLE Motorsport, Fletcher, N.C., presents its PowerPak Piston Kits, available for 6.4-liter (392-ci) Hemi applications. The assembly includes ultra-strong, lightweight, slipper skirt forged pistons, German steel pins, race-proven round wire locks and a MAHLE Motorsports performance ring pack.
