Compact Turbocharger BorgWarner, Auburn Hills, Mich., introduces its compact EFR-7163 turbocharger, the official turbocharger of the 2014 INDYCAR season. The EFR-7163 turbocharger combines the responsiveness and compact packaging of a B1 turbocharger with greater flow capacity to achieve up to 550 hp. The lightweight Gamma-Ti mixed-flow turbine features innovative geometry to increase turbine flow while the optimized compressor wheel manages as much flow capacity as a larger conventional wheel. An aluminum bearing housing reduces overall weight. Street Comp Tires Mickey Thompson Performance Tires & Wheels, Stow, Ohio, offers a super-wide Street Comp Tire for 17-inch wheels. The Street Comp ultra-high-performance (UHP) tire features technology suited for today's latemodel American muscle cars and more. Offered in a wide 315x35R17 for Ford Mustangs with 17-inch wheels, the Street Comp is now available in 19 popular sizes. It has a UTQG 300 AA A tread wear rating and a unique tread design for improved performance and responsive handling in wet and dry conditions. r3 a Tube Bender Trick-Tools, Pella, Iowa, a Van Sant Enterprises brand, introduces its ProTools Deluxe Model 105HD Manual Tube Bender. Featuring 5/8-inch-thick main frame arms and 1/2-inch-thick bending arms, the bender is suited for building rock-crawlers, buggies and other projects that require up to 0.134 wall tubing. The Model 105 Heavy Duty uses mechanical leverage to easily bend by hand and can be upgraded to hydraulics at any time. It also includes graphite impregnated bushings in the ratchet handle and steel bushings at the main die pivot. Portable Air Plasma System Hypertherm, Hanover, N.H., presents the Powermax125, a new cutting and gouging system. Featuring a recommended cut capacity of 1-1/2 inches at speeds of up to 18 inches per minute, the system can sever metal more than 2-1/4-inches thick. It is also capable of gouging out more than 27 pounds of metal an hour and its full 100-percent duty cycle ensures the system can hold its own in demanding work environments. Viper Programmable ECU Ford Flywheels McLeod Racing, Placentia, Calif., introduces SFI-approved Billet Steel and Aluminum Flywheels for 2010-'14 Mustang Condor/Trinity engines. The steel flywheels are machined from billet alloy for strength and include a 1045 hardened steel ring gear for long life. The 6061-T6 aluminum flywheels feature Blanchard-ground and stress-relieved friction plates. Both styles have the stock clutch pattern and the pattern for McLeod's 6975-07M Modular Style RXT Twin Disc Clutch Kit. d sis r r s s AEM Performance Electronics, Hawthorne, Calif., presents its Infinity-10 ECU, now available for 2008-'10 fourthgeneration ZB Dodge Viper applications. The Infinity EMS delivers high-end engine control for racing, built around a latest-generation 200MHz automotive processor. It is capable of processing 400 MIPS (millions of instructions per second), and all Infinity systems come fully enabled without the need for feature add-on purchases.
