Our play the last couple of years has been up. We added 200 rooms to the resort. Golf is a game you learn from somebody in your family. It's getting difficult with the revenue stream we have. It's not matching up with the cost of labor and materials. We're competing with high-end golf facilities. There seems to be less interest coming in from women in particular. Golfers are getting older.
