With an EP, a compilation, endless list of remixes under his belt,
and his first ever album 'Glow' due for release in March, German
producer Marco Niemerski, widely known by Tensnake has swooped
our artist of the month slot with creativity and class. Featuring on
the hottest compilations of 2013; Annie Mac Presents, The Sound of
Deep House and Pure Deep House Tensnake has become the talk of
the town highlighted across leading music publications this month.
He's brought together a collection of vocalists including MNEK,
Jamie Lidell and Fiora for a signature disco infused house LP. And
if that's not enough, the likes of Duke Dumont, Ewan Pearson and
Le Youth have been queuing up to remix the first release off the
album 'Love Sublime'.
Kiesza's first EP will be released
on the 24th March. It is packed
with deep house grooves and
shimmering soulful melodies
concentrated in four awesome
tracks that we had the chance
and the priviledge to enjoy
entirely, but the main single
"Hideaway" has been online
for a couple of months now. It
is simply addictive. The intro is
quite exciting, and the whole
crescendo through the main
part anticipates an explosive
refrain. It can literally give you
goosebumps if you listen to it
with the right equipment and
in the right mood. Plus, if you
pay attention, you might spot
some of those sweet 90's dance
vibes. A shot of pure adrenaline
that will make you genuinely
shake your joints and dance.
