As the spring weather is slowly arriving, we have compiled a list of the best lip shades to keep you looking gorgeous and on trend. Nude coloured lipstick is one of those shades that looks great on pretty much everyone. It's a great fresh colour that will compliment almost any outfit. Whether you're rocking all black, or a summery floral dress, having a nude lip colour will make you look young and fresh. Best of all, it will really bring out the colour in you eyes. Coral coloured lipstick made a big splash last year, but this look can easily be carried on into spring 2014. The light pinkish/orange tones of coral lipstick come in a wide variety of shades to compliment every skin tone. Whether you want to be bold or a little more demure, there is certainly a shade of coral for you. This tropical hue is perfect to make you stand out in a little black dress. Just be sure to keep your eye makeup and blush in the same colour family to keep the look from clashing. The next shade we recommend is poppy red. This iconic shade can effortlessly transform any outfit from drab to chic. It's a perfect match for the light coloured fabrics and floral prints that springs brings. It's an extremely versatile colour that looks just as good for everyday wear as it does for a night on the town. However, be sure to tone down your eye makeup to keep from looking too overdone. Match the colour of the spring flowers with your lips, by trying a light pink shade. For a young and playful look, pair a flowing maxi dress with a shade of light pink. For darker skin tones, try to choose a very light shade. For lighter skin tones, you can try darker shades of pink. Some pink shades don't suit everyone, but if you can pull it off, it makes a great spring look. To get a great spring look, look no further than a new shade of lipstick. So go forth and turn heads! Make this spring 2014 the chicest season of all. Paint the town red, or at least some shade of pink, and carry on being fabulous! 14 Issue 60 / 2014 FASHION guestlist.net If you're like me, you're a little obsessed with finding the right lip colour.
