KK Houser readies to go into the
game, much to the delight of the
senior day crowd. She played nearly
the first three minutes, and entered
the game for an encore performance
in the closing minute. During her
tenure at Purdue, the Boilermakers
finished 5-1 against the school from
her hometown of Lincoln, Neb.

When the Cornhuskers threatened to cut
the lead to single digits in the second half,
Bridget Perry came up big. She scored 11 of
her 12 points in the game's final 20 minutes.

Courtney Moses set the
stage for the Boilermaker
runaway, scoring 18 of her
29 points in the first half.
The senior class — Moses, Houser and Dee Dee Williams — posed
with Coach Sharon Versyp after the ceremonies. The trio is looking
for its third-straight Big Ten Tournament title, a feat that has only
been accomplished once, by the Boilermakers from 1998-00.
