The Boilermak- ers are set for a pair of meetings with Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Ohio State and Rutgers in 2015. Four of Purdue's eight single-game con- tests are on the road, traveling to Iowa, Maryland, Michigan and Ne- braska, while the Boilermakers will host Michigan State, Northwest- ern, Penn State and Wisconsin. It will be the second straight season Purdue plays just once against Iowa, Michigan State and Wiscon- sin. The Big Ten played an 18- game schedule from 1982-83 until 1993-94, and then again from 2007- 08 to 2009-10. Purdue's en- tire non-confer- ence and Big Ten schedule is likely to be released in August. Houser undergoes surgery After dressing for Purdue's last two games, and playing four minutes on senior day, Houser un- derwent knee surgery early Monday, of- ficially ending her season. The senior had her left knee repaired, three years af- ter having ACL surgery on her right. Houser, Purdue's lead- ing scorer at the time of her injury, tweeted through part of her surgery Mon- day, including posting a picture on her Instagram account of her smiling and giving a thumbs up in a surgical gown. "They're going through my old scars today. how cool!" she good-naturedly tweeted. Houser was hurt on Feb. 2 against Michigan State, when her left knee gave on a drive to the basket. Including the Nebraska senior day game, in which she had two rebounds in four minutes, Houser averaged about 15 points and five assists per game.
