April Wilson 25
G • 5-7 • So.
Wilson was cleared
only two hours before
Purdue's Big Ten Tour-
nament game against
Iowa, after she had
suffered a concussion
a few days earlier
against Nebraska. Per-
haps then, it's easier to see why Wil-
son struggled against the Hawkeyes,
committing six turnovers in the loss.
She had been markedly better than
that in the past month, and likely will
be in the NCAAs.
Courtney Moses

G • 5-6 • Sr.
Moses has been on
a tear lately, scoring
at least 24 points in
her last four games.
The senior is only
three three-pointers
shy of tying Katie Gearlds' all-time
Purdue record of 238 triples. Moses
might be able to get that in the first
NCAA Tournament game, but she's
undoubtedly hoping for a much
longer run.
Dee Dee
Williams 20
F • 6-0 • Sr.
Since KK Houser's
injury, Williams has
become a regular
again in Purdue's
starting lineup, and
has impacted games
in a variety of ways.
She's scoring more, yes, but also
setting others up; in the last two
games, she's had eight assists. And
her work on the boards is increased
too, as she had seven rebounds vs.
the Hawkeyes.
Liza Clemons 23
F • 6-2 • Jr.
Clemons' comeback
player award is well
deserved; she hadn't
played much the last
two seasons because
of a shoulder injury
as a freshman and a
severe stomach ail-
ment as a sophomore. But healthy
now, she's become a player capable
of scoring, or rebounding, in double
figures. Lately, she's been finishing
better near the basket, a reason she
had 14 points vs. Iowa.
Camille Redmon
42
C • 6-4 • Jr.
In the right matchup
in the NCAA Tourna-
ment, Redmon could
be a huge factor in
whether the Boiler-
makers are able to
advance into the second weekend.
Her ability to defend the paint can't
be matched by anyone else on the
roster, and she's developed into a
solid rebounder as well.

Whitney Bays
32
F • 6-2 • Jr.
Bays needs to stay out
of foul trouble to be
fully effective, which
has been a problem
at times for the physi-
cal forward. But if she
stays on the floor,
she's often Purdue's most versatile
player, one capable of taking over a
game. She'll likely be a tough match-
up in the NCAA Tournament.
Hayden Hamby
10
G • 5-7 • So.
Hamby's showing
signs of a late-soph-
omore season break-
out, but her oppor-
tunities aren't always
consistent. She'll get
some points here or there, but can
do other things, too. She's an above-
average defender and rebounder,
due mostly because of her desire to
be good.
Bridget Perry 13
F • 6-2 • Fr.
Perry is as aggressive
a freshman as one will
find, especially late
in the season. That's
generally a positive,
but did get her in
trouble a time or two
against Iowa in the
Big Ten Tournament. Sometimes a
change of speed will help keep op-
ponents off-balance, and Perry hasn't
mastered that yet.
Torrie
Thornton 4
F • 6-0 • So.
Depending on
matchups, Thornton
could be a valuable
player in the NCAA
Tournament, because
she has the quickness
to defend quicker
post players. But she needs to con-
centrate on rebounding and defense
and let the scoring options come.
