(Irvine, Calif.) strengthens its management team with a number of key personnel changes in several depart- ments. Dana Curtis has been promoted to the position of Roland care manager. Prior to assuming this position, Curtis served as Ro- land DGA's product manager for inkjet devices and cutters. His new responsibilities include overseeing Roland's dedicated staff of technical support representatives and the development of new customer service tools and resources. Dan Wilson has been promoted to the creative director posi- tion. In his new position, Wilson will be responsible for develop- ing and executing the creative strategy for Roland DGA's advertis- ing, public relations, web, video and social media efforts targeted toward dealer and end-user audiences across multiple industries. Jane Napolitano joins the company as customer service super- visor. In her new role, she will ensure overall efficiency and ef- fectiveness within the department, implement new processes to ensure optimum customer service, and oversee Roland's Level 1 and Level 2 customer service representatives. Jeff DiToro has been appointed to the newly created position of senior global software manager. He joins Roland DGA after serving with several companies within the wide-format digital printing industry. In his new position, DiToro will manage Ro- land's entire software line, as well as collect feedback worldwide, directing future software development efforts, and working with outside partners who produce software that drives Roland's de- vices. Lily Hunter joins Roland DGA as the company's product manager—Textiles and Consumables. Hunter brings with her extensive industry experience and knowledge, having held var- ious sales support and product management positions. In her new role, she will be responsible for managing Roland's dye sublimation portfolio, as well as the company's media and ink product lines. Eric Iverson joins as the company's Northwest region service account manager. His responsibilities include working with Ro- land's regional sales team to help develop accounts. Garret Luppino has been hired as Roland DGA's Midwest re- gion service account manager. A sign industry veteran, Luppino will be working closely with the Roland DGA Midwest sales team to handle the service needs of accounts within that region. M&R (Glen Ellyn, Ill.) appoints Andy Oleson as manager of Research and Development. Oleson has been with M&R in numerous roles for more than 22 years. He invented M&R's Tri-Loc and Double Tri-Loc Rapid Registration Systems as well as several other M&R products. Equally important, his skill as a screen printer has enabled him to work with product managers and M&R's engineering department, helping add the refinement necessary to get innovative products quickly to market. Michael Snyder is named general manager at Axiom Ameri- ca LLC. (Archdale, N.C.) Snyder's primary duties include, but are not limited to, effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain desirable prof- it-making results for the company.
