42 quality time because of our limited time. I personally knew moth- ers who had teenagers living in their own homes and yet they still never saw or spent much time with them. When both parents are working and kids going to school and playing sports, the time we have together is rarely taken advantage of. I know Bryant and I would do everything together, from grocery shopping, cooking, watching TV, movies and running errands, just to name a few. He loved Chinese food so we made that restaurant visit often. In June 2007, I traveled to Memphis with my youngest son Car- son to watch Bryant play in one of his high school baseball games. I hadn't seen Bryant play since April and it's simply amazing what a difference two months can make in sports. I knew my son looked bigger and stronger on that field.
