The incidents stopped last fall but resumed in April. Hanna believes this is because snowfall would make it easy to track the individual. Hanna, who wouldn’t identify the individual to The Review-Mirror, says he hopes publicity around the event and the fact the affected individuals will find out who it is, will make it all stop.
