THERE'S VIRTUALLY NOTHING TO CLEAN UP AFTER, THERE'S NO COMPLICATED COOKING EQUIPMENT REQUIRED, THERE ARE NO CONFUSING INSTRUCTIONS — YOU DON'T EVEN NEED A PLATE WHEN ALL IS SAID AND DONE. JUST WRAP YOUR STUFF IN A FOIL PACKET, COOK, UNWRAP AND EAT. ALL YOU NEED IS YOUR GRILL, A ROLL OF FOIL AND YOUR IMAGINATION. AGAIN! AGAIN! AGAIN! AGAIN! AGAIN! AGAIN! AGAIN! AGAIN! Start with a large sheet — around 18x12-inch of heavy duty foil spread out on your counter or another at surface. (If you're using regular- strength foil, use 2 sheets.) Coat with cooking spray to help prevent sticking. Pile your ingredients in the center of the sheet. Bring the short ends of the foil together, leaving enough room in the packet for steam to gather around the food. Fold the foil over and pinch to seal. Pinch seams together along the sides. Make sure all the seams are tightly sealed to keep steam from escaping. Now re it up and grill! CHORIZO & BELL PEPPERS: IN A MEDIUM BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER 2 TABLESPOONS WORLD CLASSICS TRADING CO. OLIVE OIL, 1 TABLESPOON TARRAGON VINEGAR, 2 MINCED GARLIC CLOVES, ½ TEASPOON BIG Y CHILI POWDER, ½ TEASPOON BIG Y PAPRIKA, ¼ TEASPOON CAYENNE PEPPER AND BIG Y SALT AND GROUND BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE. ADD 1 POUND CHOPPED CHORIZO SAUSAGE, 1 SLICED ONION AND 2 SLICED BELL PEPPERS. SEAL IN FOIL PACKETS AND GRILL ON HIGH HEAT FOR 10 MINUTES. LEMON HERB CHICKEN: IN A SMALL BOWL, COMBINE ¼ CUP CHOPPED MIXED HERBS (BASIL, CHIVES, SAGE, PARSLEY, THYME), 1 LARGE MINCED GARLIC CLOVE AND 1 TABLESPOON MINCED SHALLOT. PLACE 4 SAM THE BUTCHER BONELESS, SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS IN INDIVIDUAL FOIL PACKETS. SEASON BOTH SIDES OF EACH BREAST WITH BIG Y SALT AND GROUND BLACK PEPPER AND EVENLY DIVIDE HERB MIXTURE BETWEEN THE PACKETS. TOP EACH WITH 2 LEMON SLICES AND 2 TABLESPOONS BIG Y BUTTER. SEAL PACKETS AND GRILL OVER MEDIUM- HIGH HEAT FOR 12 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS COOKED THROUGH. CAJUN GARLIC SHRIMP: IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE 1 / 3 CUP WORLD CLASSICS TRADING CO. OLIVE OIL, 3 MINCED GARLIC CLOVES, 2 TABLESPOONS FRESH LEMON JUICE, 1 TEASPOON CAJUN SEASONING, ¼ CUP CHOPPED PARSLEY, 1½ POUNDS PEELED AND DEVEINED WORLD CLASSICS TRADING CO. LARGE RAW SHRIMP AND WORLD CLASSICS TRADING CO. SEA SALT AND FRESH GROUND PEPPER TO TASTE; LET MARINATE IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR 30 MINUTES. SEA SALT AND 1 TEASPOON FRESH GROUND BLACK PEPPER; WHISK IN ¼ CUP WORLD CLASSICS TRADING CO. OLIVE OIL.
