SXSW V2V Community Tours
For 2014, we are offering our attendees the chance to tour two of our favorite
off-the-beaten-path Las Vegas locations that make this amazing city unique.
On Monday, July 14 and Tuesday, July 15 (1:15–4:30pm), attendees can attend
one of two tours, which are offered each day. Sign up at sxsw.tv/???????
before the event, or onsite at the Registration desk. Space is limited!
TOUR 1: LAS VEGAS DOWNTOWN PROJECT
This tour will travel downtown to East Fremont Street and view a city being
re-imagined. Attendees will learn more about the Downtown Project, the
VegasTechFund, and Work In Progress. We will also visit many other start-
ups supported by the Downtown Project, including the Container Park, Proj-
ect100, and Turntable Health, directed by closing speaker Dr. Zubin Damania.
TOUR 2: SWITCH SUPERNAP
Tour 2 will visit the innovative data center at Switch. SUPERNAP, an indepen-
dent, privately held company headquartered in Las Vegas and expanding
around the globe, is driving vital transformation in the technology infrastruc-
ture industry. SUPERNAP data centers are the only certified Uptime Institute
Tier IV rated colocation facilities in North America.
