The band's latest album
"Strength to Survive", ispired
by Bob Marley's "Survival",
topped the Billboard Reggae
Album Chart in 2012. It took
SOJA a.k.a. Soldiers of Jah
Army 2 years of hard work
to produce and "polish" a
new piece namely "Amid
the Noise and Haste", which
is being released this mid-
August by the way. So,
make sure to check this very
promising reggae-kid out!
After the previous album's huge
success, much expectations are
awaited from the upcoming, the 7th
one, featuring Bob Marley's youngest
son- Damian Marley.
You can listen/sing to
Mysterious Girl reggae
ballad while riding a car,
doing shopping or when
your beloved girlfriend is
"almost ready". Unobtrusive
lyrics, catchy tune and
as well as a summer-jam
pictures of the clip will stay
in your mind for weeks!
Though the song was released around
20 years ago, it still is loved by reggae
lovers of all ages and almost 8 million
views on Youtube is the best proof.
Jamar Rolando McNaughton Jr known to the audiences
as Chronixx, just can stop working. He founded his own
ZincFence Recordz production house, he has won Culture
Artist of the Year, Best New Artist and Entertainer of the
Year at the Linkage Awards in New York and now he has
two singles out on Youtube 'Here comes the Trouble' and
'Who Knows' in collaboration with Protoje. Chronixx has
released The " Dread & Terrible " project on April 1st. The
project is compiled of 7 tracks & 3 dub versions. With his
latest album Chronixx is modernizing reggae and giving
off new good vibes into reggae music. He is able not only
to give to his fans great reggae music, he wants to become
the figurehead of a music genre.
