34 • RV PRO • SEPTEMBER 2014 rv-pro.com Elkhart Open House Week EVERGREEN RVS/ LIFESTYLE LUXURY RV EverGreen RVs has grown its market share to become one of the leading RV manufacturers over the past year, and Presi- dent and CEO Mark Boessler says he can't wait to show off what the company has in store for dealers during Elkhart Open House Week. EverGreen will display about 65 vehicles on the northeast corner of Executive Parkway and County Road 17. is will be the company's third year at that location. Boessler says he credits the company's growth to quality prod- ucts and quality leadership. He specifically mentioned product managers Kevin Slater of Ever-Lite, Chris Daniels of I-Go, Jeff Terhune of Ascend and Element, Will Gonyon of Sun Valley, Amped and the new Reactor, Gary Stanley of Lifestyle and Alfa Gold and GM Dymon Farrer of EverGreen lifestyle fifth wheels. "at's really the backbone of building the right company is having the right team in place," Boessler says. All EverGreen lines will have new features and floorplans, but jumping into the motorized RV market might garner the most attention this year. EverGreen will offer the Imperial Class B model built on a Sprinter chassis. Boessler says the vehicle will be 10 inches wider than Airstream Class B's, but still able to park in a conventional parking space. It will feature panoramic windows door side and off-door side. e debut of the Reactor travel trailers marks a new entry point for EverGreen buyers. Reactor targets first- or second-time travel trailer buyer. e company's Amped line is more of a fully featured vehicle for the seasoned veteran who knows what features he wants. "None of what we're discussing is sister products. We're not in the cloned-product business," Boessler says. Also, EverGreen's I-Go line of light trailers will be completely new from ground up. It features a new chassis and wider walls as well as new profiles and new graphics. e Ascend line will add the Ascend Cloud series at a weight and price point that is new for the segment. Sun Valley trailers will have seven new floorplans with a more modern, lighter- colored exterior. Additionally, Element will have three new floorplans and the Amped toy haulers will display two new floorplans. Ever-Lite will feature new floorplans, but Boessler says both Ever-Lite and Amped are doing well on the market, so the company doesn't want to make major changes to something that is working. Bay Hill, Tesla and Alfa Gold all will feature new floorplans. Meanwhile, Lifestyle Luxury RV fifth wheels will be rede- signed from the ground up on the proprietary chassis Ever- Green manufactures. In addition to the display, EverGreen will host a hog roast and serve sandwiches during the day and will offer dealer promotions and packages. Evergreen's Alfa Gold fifth wheel will feature new floorplans. The new open concept Bay Hill 379FL fifth wheel features a massive front lounge.
