What Happens in Vegas … ough educational opportuni- ties and business connections will be plenty, the Convention is still held in Las Vegas, after all, so there is sure to be a full house of opportunities for socializing and entertainment. Ingrassia says he believes the move to the heart of e Strip from the Rio All Suite Hotel & Casino the past few years will be just the tonic to keep RVDA members fired up about their organization. "We had a nice run at the Rio, but we heard from exhibitors and dealers and attendees that it had kind of run its course," he says. "It was time for a fresh approach. It will be a nice change of pace for everybody." And if enjoying Las Vegas is enough to get members to come and be educated as well as entertained, then the event has served its purpose. e knowledge dealers gain in Vegas won't stay in Vegas. "One of the major things RVDA has been behind is to give dealers the resources to provide a good customer experience while remaining profit- able," Ingrassia says. "We want to help dealers be more effective, whether it's through marketing or management or processes. It's a convention put on by dealers for dealers. All those work- shops have been vetted by dealers and exhibitors and partners." An App with the latest informa- tion about the Convention is available for both IOS and Android phones. Dealers can use the App to build their own schedule. e App can be down- loaded at rvda.org/convention. Schedule of Events, continued
