"I ask an absurd number of ques- tions," laughs wine··sense owner and wine director Samanta Ettore, who says that a good pairing takes into account tex- ture, flavors, time of year and even body temperature. Customers willing to go through the third degree come away with Wine Tasting Richer Pour sells fine wines in alternative packaging such as tapped kegs. a better understanding of their own pal- ates, and perhaps a bottle they've never heard of, but that will spark conversations at dinner parties.
