The motion P decal and the stripe will be a neon yellow color. The stripe also transitions into a ribbon at the back of the helmet, and the words "Hammer Down Cancer" are at the base of the helmet. "It's our way of showing our support for all those cancer survivors," Hazell said. Purdue will wear the new-look helmets with white jerseys and white pants. Players will wear other neon accent pieces, including socks, shoelaces and wristbands.
