The yardage covered by Hunt's touchdown run at Illinois earned this uncommon distinction: He has recorded at least one run of 50 or more yards in all four of his seasons at Purdue. He broke off a 50-yard run against Indiana as a true freshman in 2011, then posted longs of 81 and 62 yards as a sophomore and junior, respectively. Hunt's the only Boilermaker to record a 50-or-more-yard run in four different seasons at Purdue since freshman eligibility in 1972 and very likely is the only player in school history to do so. Kory Sheets did it three out of four seasons; Otis Armstrong did it every year he played, but he played only three seasons prior to freshman eligibility. R Danny Anthrop became the first Boilermaker to have multi- ple touchdown receptions of 80 or more yards in a career dating back to Brian Alford, who did it twice in the same game at Minnesota in 1997.
