Car- lisle School to the Toronto area for his junior year. NC State offered the nation's t o p - r a t e d p l a y e r s h o r t l y a f t e r h e checked out campus while playing in the HighSchoolOT.com Holiday Invitational last December. He and his new high school team will return to the event at Raleigh Broughton High Dec. 26-27 and 29-30. 2. Harry Giles, power forward, High Point (N.C.) Wesleyan Christian: The longtime NC State target was offered during the fall of his freshman year, and has at- tended a handful of games and events ever since. The 6-10, 2 2 0 - p o u n d n a t ive of Winston-Salem, N.C., is a versatile and athletic power forward, but missed last year due to knee surgery. He proved he was again worthy of his lofty No. 2 national ranking with his play on the Chris Paul All-Stars traveling team. He also helped USA Basketball's Under-17 National Team win a gold medal at the FIBA U17 World Championship in Dubai. Giles will also be playing in the HighSchoolOT.com Holiday Invitational. 5. Dennis Smith Jr., point guard, Fay- etteville (N.C.) Trinity Christian: The Wolf- pack fan received an NC State offer in similar fashion to Thon Maker. He exploded for 29 of his 42 points in the fourth quarter of a HighSchoolOT.com Holiday Invitational game against Hous- ton HCYA Dec. 29, 2013, and earned a Wolfpack offer in the process. He has been a regular at NC State basketball and football games. The uber- athletic 6-2, 170-pounder will play at Ra- leigh Millbrook at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 6, and also will make a return trip to the Holiday Invitational. 7. Edrice Adebayo, center, Pinetown (N.C.) Northside: The former middle school prodigy from the eastern part of the state doesn't often play high school games out- side of his region, but colleges have found 403 S.
