Ever wish there was a handbook that could help you with everything from
how to format a business letter to how to stop procrastinating? There is. The
Administrative Assistant's & Secretary's Handbook, by James Stroman, Kevin
Wilson and Jennifer Wauson, has been recently updated. It is produced by
the American Management Association and is a 530 page reference guide
for admins. The three authors—two training consultants and a former
admin—live in Georgia. Two of them previously co-wrote handbooks on
writing and formatting documents.
The book is available from Amazon.ca for $26.30 (hardcover) or $21.62 (Kindle edition).
