This club gives teens in mid- dle and high school a chance to meet others with the same interests, including learning coding languages, basic video game design, and more. CUMBERLAND – The Children's Room of the Cumberland Public Library is offering a "Cook-a-Book" pro- gram on Tuesday, Nov. 18, for ages 4-9. The program, 4-5 p.m., will feature two books, "I Know and Old Lady Who Swallowed a Pie" by Alison Jackson and "The Ugly Pumpkin" by Dave Horowitz. In addition to hear- ing these stories, participants will have a snack, play a few games and make a craft to take home. The "Cook-a-Book" program pairs stories and food in a way that dates back many centuries. Register in the Children's Room starting Nov. 10. Bring your library card.
