comments on each of the four
signees:
On McBryde: "She's a 6-1, 6-2
frame. She can play probably the
2, 3 or 4 for us. … She can be an
inside-outside threat. She has one
of the best three-point shots, can
score with her right or left hand
down low.
"She's an incredible shot-
blocker with a lot of length. Her
versatility will be fantastic for us."
On Murphy: " Tiara is a
smooth operator, very con

fident young lady. She has a
great floor game, great handles,
has incredible range, can shoot
extremely deep. So if it's a last-
second shot and you need a
shot to go up, she'll pull from
anywhere. She also is very good
in the full court and setting up
her teammates.
"People look at her slender
body, but her heart and her com-
petitiveness doesn't allow you to
look there too long. I just think
that she's going to bring excite-
ment to the game."
On Cooper: "She's about 5-9,
5-10 and each time we see her
she keeps growing, which is great.
She's a versatile kid, toughness,
hard-nosed kid of the group, will
do anything for you. She's a great,
great defender, an incredible re-
bounder defensively. She's a lefty,
can also play backup point, even
though she's a 3 player. She's really
worked on her midrange game,
she finishes very well. She's confi-
dent getting to the hole."
On Kiesler: "From Kentucky,
6-6, you can't teach that size. She's
got incredible hands, is very agile
for that size, finishes right and left,
knows how to be very efficient
down low, knowing how to seal
and ask for the basketball.
"She also has some deep
range, similar to Bree (Horrocks)
that 15-footer and can shoot the
three. It's not like that's what you
want — you've got to have them
on the block — but she can really
bring that, and the defensive pres
