NEW RELEASES
This month Belle and Sebastian have released 'The Party
Line', a single from their upcoming ninth studio album, Girls
In Peacetime Want To Dance, out in January 2015. By Belle
and Sebastian standards, it's their most 'danceable' track;
there is a pumping beat that is just begging to be moved
to, and the funky guitar and clapping can't help but get
people involved. Over the years they have accumulated
quite a dedicated following and their live shows never
disappoint. Watch out for them in May 2015 when they
come to the UK!

EVENT PREVIEW
DAMON ALBARN
Blur and Gorillaz frontman
Damon Albarn is playing
two dates at London's
prestigious Royal Albert
Hall this November,
promoting his new album,
Everyday Robots. The
album was extremely
well received and was
shortlisted for this year's
Mercury Prize. The record
is a thoughtful meditation
on our relationship with
technology and our
addiction to it. Albarn
has described it as his
most personal album yet,
combining the genres of
folk and soul. The result is
a low tempo and hauntingly
beautiful record. The
live show will feature the
new record as well as old
favourites from his previous
bands.
Damon Albarn brings his tour to the
historic Albert Hall to showcase his
debut solo album.
