"But when she's in a zone, it's over." MOORE SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY Purdue hasn't used freshman Erica Moore much this season, as the forward has played only eight minutes across four games. Now, however, Moore's not available at all, as Ver- syp suspended her indefinitely. Versyp told the team on Friday evening, a press re- lease said. The release stated that Moore was suspend- ed for a violation of team rules, which Versyp was expected to expound upon during her Tuesday session with media. Moore, a 6-foot-2 for- ward from Fortville, Ind., was ranked as the 78th player overall in the 2014 recruiting class by All-Star Girls Re- port, although her last couple sea- sons at Mount Vernon were marred by knee injuries. TURNOVERS DOWN Through the first 14 games of the season, Purdue has only 204 turnovers, an average of 14.6 per game that would set a school record. The Boilermakers' previous best was their 14.7 turnovers per game over 30 games in 2001-02. Purdue committed a season- low eight turnovers against Indi- ana on Sunday, only six in the first 36 minutes. "We don't take a ton of risk, and that's not a bad thing," Versyp said.
