With Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and now Google+ Risky Business ILTA White Paper spearheading the social Web-based platforms, there are a host of other mobile applications and internal enterprise social tools that have become commonplace within law firms. While I'm a true advocate for social media tools and channels for collaboration, communication and business development, there are inherent risks associated with using and implementing them.
