RYAN POWERS has been a software development consultant and project manager for the past 12 years. During that time, he has architected and led various projects delivering technical solutions for clients in retail, legal, insurance and financial services. Recently, Ryan has been focusing exclusively on the automation and re-engineering of new business intake solutions within the legal industry. Ryan is a Certified Scrum Master and leverages agile methodologies and tools to help drive acceptance and business value for the solutions that he is building. CARLOS RODRIGUEZ, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), is the Network Manager at Nexsen Pruet, where he is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining day-to-day operations of the firm's network and security infrastructure. With more than 12 years of achievements in leveraging technology, mitigating risks and capturing cost savings, he has been recognized as a change agent capable of creating a vision and driving teams toward achieving goals. Using established IT and legal industry best practices, combined with emerging case law, Joe provides risk-based e-discovery client profiles (including risk- mitigation recommendations) for corporate attorneys and IT leaders.
