Riverview running back Karan Higdon can provide depth to the U-M tailback corps — and by playing immediately would bring a bit of balance to the class dis- tribution on the roster after the Maize and Blue didn't take a 2014 tailback. The 5-10, 190-pounder was ranked No. 45 nationally among running backs, but has the ability to step in and earn some carries. ON THE BORDER Michigan has the depth to redshirt several members of the 2015 class, but also the flexibility to let those Andrew David, from Massillon (Ohio) Washington, has the opportunity to step into a starting role at kicker for the Wolverines.
