Available in tabletop or stand-mounted versions, this UV machine is ideal for small- to medium-size textile screen printing shops looking to move from traditional fluorescent lamp models. It can be used to expose direct, capillary, and indirect emulsions, and it works in three to five seconds on photopolymer emulsions. The Starlight UV LED screen exposure unit can be located in areas housing unexposed screens because the UV light source and vacuum frame are enclosed, and the screen exposure lamp can't be turned on while the blanket frame is open.
