It would have helped Workman if he had been able to enroll for the spring semester, but he still has a higher level of experience over some of the other incoming options. Scouting report: Newcomer to football who is in his third year in the sport … Has the frame and foot speed that offensive line coaches like for offensive tackle … Needs to get stronger. 2015 projection: Of the three high school offensive tackles that are joining NC State, Walton is the most raw and thus most likely to redshirt.
