BAJA's New LED NEW LED LIGHTS FROM BAJA DESIGNS BAJA DESIGNS Baja Designs introduced its new Squadron® XL and Squadron® XL-R LED lights, designed for off-road racing and enthusiasts. The Squadron® XL features a 4,300 lumen count and power draw of 42 watts and is the only single housing light on the market with a distance of an 8" HID with the smooth spread of an LED. The Squadron® XL-R is designed specifically for traditional off-road enthusiasts and combines the modern technology of the Squadron® XL LED light with the classic esthetic of a 6" round HID. Featuring an interchangeable round bezel, the Squadron® XL can be converted to an XL-R, or purchased with the round bezel installed. Baja Designs CopperDrive™ Thermal Management System utilizes copper boards to transfer heat away from the LEDs, providing 60 percent more efficiency than Aluminum boards. This makes it possible to safely run high powered LEDs at full power and brightness. BD's CopperDrive™ boards are combined with an aircraft grade, computer designed aluminum heat sink and thermal gap pads to efficiently transfer heat to the heat sink while providing vibration dampening. To ensure brightness and longevity, computer controlled thermistors constantly monitor the temperature at the LED. Lenses and optics are user friendly with BD's unique use of O-ring seals and individual reflectors that make it easy to change the water and dust proof lens and even the reflectors. Baja Designs Multi-form Optics create a variety of prismatic patterns, making it possible to put more light exactly where you need it. Options include Spot, High Speed Spot™, Driving, Fog/Cornering and Work/ Flood patterns. All BD LED lights include a limited lifetime warranty and uService™ offers the ultimate in purchase protection. WEBSITE: 037 SCORE JOURNAL
