www.iltanet.org 30 Peer to Peer What is your biggest challenge in managing your firm's mobile devices, and how are you addressing the challenge? CASE STUdIES Our biggest challenge at Jones, Waldo, Holbrook & McDonough, P.C. in regards to mobile devices is just managing them. It's a complicated task to keep track of who has which device, what provider each employee is using and who should be reimbursed for what. We are in the process of getting rid of most of the firm accounts and will, for the most part, move everyone onto their own personal accounts. We will continue to have a handful of checkout air cards and a couple of checkout BlackBerry devices, but that's it.
