"Every year it seems more difficult attracting and retaining quality employees." Castle Pines is a seasonal operation with staff starting in April and ending in the middle to end of October, depending on ongoing projects. "I'm most proud of how we have continued to elevate the conditioning of the golf course each and every year," McCue said. "In addition to that I've had the opportunity to be involved in many different projects over the years from a major bunker renovation, new irrigation system installation and now looking forward to the re-grassing of the greens in 2016. I feel very fortunate to have the opportunities here at the country club to make significant improvements to our infrastructure."
