That's what you'll find at Salem's So Sweet, a delicious festival that adds some extra goodies to Valentine's Day celebrations. Each February, the festival kicks off with a chocolate- and wine-tasting event featuring some of the city's top restaurants, bakeries, and sweet shops. During the rest of the festival, visitors also enjoy chocolate samples and menu items at participating restaurants, as well as a dazzling array of ice sculptures installed throughout downtown.
