Focused on creative Italian craft cooking, Bettencourt takes a contemporary spin on classic regional Italian dishes. Burrata paired with prosciutto di parma, roasted asparagus and black truffle vinaigrette, vitello tonnato (a thinly sliced roasted veal with lemon caper and tonno aioli, pickled red onions, and sea salt), and chick pea fritters are a few of the dishes on offer. All pastas are made by hand daily, including fazzoletti integrale, a whole wheat pasta with whipped ricotta, preserved lemon vinaigrette, and toasted bread crumbs. Chef Jim is amazing and very talented at pairing incredible foods. Best burger ever. The swordfish is to die for, as are the meatball appetizers.
