This season brings a sleekly revamped restaurant, with new tables, chairs, and lighting. Two new Chez Panisse alums have joined the team of West Coast émigrés: Thomas Benham and David Arvizu, who also cooked at the buzzy Oakland restaurant Ramen Shop, so look for some Southeast Asian influences.
