She helps Millennials become the leaders they want to be by equipping them with leadership tools, and helps new entrepreneurs and growing businesses create engaged and high performing teams, and sustainable learning organizations. Thorpe has a degree in Linguistics from the University of California, San Diego and a Masters in Leader- ship and Training from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia. Tamara became a solopreneur and has been design- ing and delivering life changing programs for both young and seasoned professionals ever since. Thorpe has mentored and coached professionals sharing her expertise. Will Young Zappos IP Inc, Director of ZapposLabs Young is Director of Zappos Labs, a largely San Francisco-based team with the mission of exploring the future of Zappos through developing partnerships and building great products through experimentation, incubation, and non-traditional retail projects. He is also one of the most prolific donut eaters in Zappos history (23 donuts in 20 minutes). He is also a General Partner with the VegasTechFund, a seed stage investment fund started by Zap- pos CEO Tony Hseih, focused on empowering amazing founders and startups passionate about building community in down- town Las Vegas. Jeb Ory Phone2Action, Chief Executive Officer Jeb Ory is the Chief Execuitve Officer and Co-founder of Phone- 2Action, an award-winning, venture-backed technology compa- ny. He is responsible for Sales, Marketing, Financial Operations, and Strategy. Phone2Action creates digital social action tools for nonprofit and for-profit companies. Ory, who has been featured and quoted in the New York Times, FoxBusiness, Forbes Small Business, the Chicago Tribune, Politico, and Campaigns in Elec- tions, is a thought-leader in the civic technology sector.
