63 Tuesday, July 21 Karaivanova heads Business Development at CloudFlare, the web performance and security company. She is responsible for building CloudFlare's distribution and reseller channels, oversees international expansion and leads various growth initiatives. Prior to CloudFlare, she was a venture capitalist at Intel Capital special- izing in consumer internet and enterprise software. Karaivanova also worked in business development, strategy and intellectual property at Boeing and Expedia. Karaivanova's experience spans six countries—she is a passionate explorer of new cultures, active startup advisor and a frequent speaker at technology conferences. Karaivanova earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSBA in Finance with high distinction from Saint Louis University. Allen is a digital entertainment business development executive specializing in emerging platforms in music, television, and film. She helps entertainment tech startups understand what they've built and where it fits in the market, devises strategies for B2B adoption of their product, and sources opportunities that exe- cute on the strategy. Allen was VP Client Services at TAG Stra- tegic where she led business development and ran operations for the consultancy. Previously she was the General Manager, Americas for the Mobile Entertainment Forum, where she led the association's industry initiatives, oversaw operations and produced MEF Americas' inaugural trade conference, MEFCON. Prior to MEF, Allen was the Internet Evangelist for the RIAA. Alec Andronikov Just Sing It, CEO Maria Karaivanova CloudFlare, Head of Business Development Karen Allen Karen Allen Consulting, President Andronikov is a serial entrepreneur helping realize the future of scalable digital technologies. After seeing an opportunity to monetize voice as a largely-overlooked micro-content sharing medium, Andronikov founded Just Sing It, the first mobile plat- form to gamify singing discovery. Previously, Andronikov was the CEO and founder of MoVoxx, a leading mobile advertising com- pany. Prior to MoVoxx, Andronikov founded inFreeDA, a free 411 advertiser-sponsored directory assistance service. Prior to inFree- DA, Andronikov worked as an investment banker at JPMorgan's media and telecommunications leveraged finance group.
