Byron Bixler, who has been working
with Avalon for 29 years, has worked in
many facets of the company. His duties
include the installation of inboard/
outboard motors and the building and
installation of Avalon's walk-on hardtop
decks, slides and ladders. "Bix also ac-
tively works in any cell on the assembly
line that needs help," says JJ Dudick,
Avalon's operations manager. "It is Bix's
experience and versatility that make
him a good employee. It is his dedica-

In over 33 years of service at Smoker
Craft Inc. Jeff has worked as plant man-
ager, production line worker, production
line supervisor, and currently works as a
pontoon product development special-
ist. "Jeff Hernley has obtained knowl-
edge and experience that cannot be
replaced," says Steve Huber, marketing
coordinator at Smoker Craft. "With a

Jeff works to enhance our pontoon
