M ichigan interim athletics direc- tor Jim Hackett made a splash when he lured head coach Jim Har- baugh away from the NFL to take the reigns of the Wolverines. His encore was inking the largest apparel deal in the NCAA, proving the Michigan brand is strong as ever. Under the agreement, which starts in 2016, U-M will earn $169 million over 15 years to use Nike as its exclu- sive apparel and shoe provider.
