The ability to manage resources, especially money. Matt Whalen Cheyenne Country Club Cheyenne, Wyo. A. The first one is your communication skills. You need to be able to step outside of your box and tell people how you feel. Be honest. You've got to be able to go to a board meeting and make them understand exactly what you're talking about. Secondly, financial skills—you have to be able to do more with less. Third, you need to be able to do different things agronomically. There are a lot of different things that can help you rather than reaching for a single jug. Rather than figuring out what the problem is you just spray it.
