34 • RV PRO • SEPTEMBER 2015 rv-pro.com Interior features include solid-surface countertops, an enter- tainment system with DVD/AM/FM/Bluetooth, sound bar and sub-woofer, a super HD LED TV with built-in rear storage, and an L-shaped residential hide-a-bed sofa with throw pillows. The rear 11-foot cargo area features an E-track tie-down system, roll-down screen wall, built-in dovetail, 22-inch dia- mond plate wall guards, an HD flat-panel swing-arm TV, and a rear ramp door that can be cabled to allow for extended entertainment. From Venture RV comes the Sonic 234VBH, a new light- weight travel trailer bunkhouse model. All Sonics offer an 82-inch ceiling height, flip-side reversible cushions, slam-latch baggage doors and one-piece seamless fiberglass roofs. The rear of the 234VBH was designed with kids in mind. It boasts a bench seat, double bunks, and a separate rear dinette that folds down to make a third rear bunk. The model checks in at 4,220 pounds. Other highlights of K-Z's display include the Sportsmen Classic 18RBT lightweight expandable trailer, the Spree 337RES travel trailer and Vision 23RLS lightweight travel trailer. Cruiser: Cruiser's initial entry into the Open House Extravaganza as a member of Thor Industries features a brand new travel trailer line as well as a major revamping of two long-time Cruiser brands. The excitement about putting the new models in front of a bigger audience is evident in Cruiser President Jeff Fought's voice. "Where we were before was a nice location, but as a dealer you would have had to have wanted to stop there rather than just parking your vehicle and going to walk through the Thor displays," he says. "We're happy to get our product in front of that larger audience." At the top of the line is the new MPG. The brand name is one that Cruiser parent Heartland had used in the past, but this model is not related to the previous one. The laminated lightweight trailer Fun Finder, the oldest brand at Cruiser, will now feature two different versions – the Xtreme Lite and the Signature Edition. Xtreme Lite will be a true high-end ultra-lightweight trailer, weighing between 3,700 and 5,000 pounds. The Signature Edition (pictured) will be 26 to 36 feet long with multiple slides and fully featured. DRV will unveil six new floorplans of its Full House luxury toy hauler. One that will displayed at Open House will have a side patio, which will be a first for DRV.
