rv-pro.com SEPTEMBER 2015 • RV PRO • 71 travel trailers and Blaze'n toy haulers; the RV maker introduced the Rage'n toy hauler in December 2013. Pacific Coachworks General Manager Jeff Daily says the reac- tion to his company's decision to bring back legacy brands has been well-received. "Dealer response has been very positive," he says. "Initial ship- ments of each of our brands have already been sold. We are already getting reorders. Some dealers had been a Rage'n dealer or a Sea Breeze dealer in the past. They're happy to have those old brand names back. Name recognition brings customers to the lot just to see it. Dealers are happy to have the old brands – it brings in curious customers." Middlebury, Ind.-based EverGreen RV has revived two legacy brand names: Alfa Gold and Imperial. EverGreen President and COO Mark Boessler says that establishing a link between Alfa Leisure's premium fifth wheels from yesteryear and his company's fifth wheel brand, which is manufactured by EverGreen's Lifestyle Luxury RV division, made for a natural tie-in. "It made sense to use a name that was already associated with quality and innovative design," he says of Alfa Leisure, which was known for producing high-end travel trailers, fifth wheels and motorhomes from its inception in 1978 until closing in 2008. The Avion name was associated with towables for years before the RV Factory obtained the naming rights and reinvisioned the product.
