96 The Shop November 2015 96 The Shop November 2015 Funrise Toys, manufacturer of TONKA-branded prod- ucts under license from Hasbro, has completed its new TONKA 4Runner, sponsored by Toyota, Bulletproof Suspension, Smittybilt and Rigid Industries. The power-packed 4Runner joins a family of life-size TONKA marketing vehicles including the TONKA T-Rex, the TONKA Tundra and off-road vehicles Pro 2, Pro 4, Pro Lite and Pro Buggy, which compete in the Lucas Oil Off-Road Racing Series. "We're very excited to continue our partnership with Toyota in adding the TONKA 4Runner to our TONKA- tough family of trucks," said Kathy Hawk, vice president of marketing. "Creating a life-size TONKA takes passion and creativity and, once again, our team created an awe-worthy vehicle." The TONKA 4Runner boasts a rooftop tent, a 10-inch lift, 38-inch tires, custom suspension, custom interior seats, and a Funrise-designed custom wrap. Other participants include: Roadwire (upholstery); JL Audio; Hi-Lift Jack Co., Mickey Thompson Perfor- mance Tires & Wheels, Ultra Wheel, King Shocks, Pacific Stereo and Alpine. Brandon Burrell from Burrell Images owns the 2015 Toyota Tundra CrewMax known as Project Dark Earth. The Sunset Bronze Mica pickup features an UnderCover Elite LX painted tonneau cover, SwingCases storage boxes and BedRug bedliner. Rimz One in Mooresville, North Carolina, is handling the 12-inch Bulletproof Suspension lift and a 3-inch Performance Accessories body lift, as well as the exterior modifications and performance upgrades. It will have a custom grille and a set of Fusion Bumpers. It will sit on 40-inch Nitto Mud Grapplers with 22x12 TIS wheels. Ultimate Audio in Lexington, South Carolina, is respon- sible for the interior transformation with all new custom door panels that house several Memphis Audio speakers and a suede and leather headliner. The seats are brown leather from Roadwire and several of the factory panels have been wrapped in leather or suede. After some crafty modifications, they were able to fit four 10-inch subwoofers behind the backseat and two 5-channel amplifiers under it. Look for it in the South Hall lobby at the SEMA Show. FEARONE LLC, a builder and designer of SEMA Show display vehicles since 2005, is bringing a 2016 Hyundai Tucson to this year's SEMA Battle of the Builders contest. See it in the Toyo Tires Treadpass area at the show. The custom two-tone Hyundai will be powered by a 650-ci turbo- charged engine, with an on- and off-road approach that makes it ready for a night on the town, yet rugged enough for a wilderness adventure. Participants include: Prescott Autobody (painting); Sikkens (custom paint); MHA Creations (side steps, front & rear bumper guards, roof rack, bike rack, tuning); AZ Customs (skid plate, off-road suspension); Mile Marker (winch); PIAA (LED lighting); SportRack US (cargo car- rier); Alea Leather (custom leather/suede seats, suede door/quarter panel inserts); Prescott Hydrographics (interior trim, engine bay trim); Metra (dash insert); Daystar Products (truck bed cam cans); Husky Liners (cargo organizer, floor mats); Kenwood (DVD/CD double DIN head unit); VM Audio (amps, subwoofers, speakers); Accele (DVD monitor); Visteon Audio (entertainment module); K&N (intake system, air/oil/intake filter); Hypertech (performance chip); Magnaflow (exhaust); ODYSSEY (batteries); Garrett by Honeywell (turbo); Brake Performance (slotted rotors, calipers, brake pads); Hellwig (anti-roll sway bars); TIS (wheels); and Toyo (tires). 2016 Hyundai Tucson TONKA Toyota 4Runner 2015 Toyota Tundra
